This repository is made available to members of the SIPfoundry community to
  facilitate collaboration in the preparation of Internet Drafts and other IETF
  contributions.  All material placed in this repository is considered an "IETF
  Contribution" as defined by the NOTE_WELL file in this directory and RFC 3667
  with the exception of xml2rfc.tcl and rfc2629.xslt.
  
  Draft authors or editors should create a directory whose name is thier own
  SIPfoundry user name; files and/or other directories should be created under
  that name.  Drafts that are working group items are under a directory with
  the working group name.
